The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and full of character. The location was perfect, with easy access to the best bars, clubs, and restaurants in the area. The staff at the hotel were exceptional and made us feel like part of the family. Andrea at Reception and Frank at Concierge were especially helpful and ensured that we had the best hotel experience possible.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, close to Chapultepec park and castle. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very safe area. Being a BonVoy member, I got upgraded to a corner suite with amazing views of the park. the rooms were always clean and the reception team was helpful and patient.

The Lipp Restaurant was a disappointment. They were rude and asked for money without serving food.

We absolutely loved our stay at the JW Marriott! The hotel's location was fantastic, with plenty of great restaurants and attractions nearby. The rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious, providing the perfect level of comfort. We also appreciated the top-notch security on the premises. we highly recommend this hotel for an amazing stay in the city.

The hotel location was fantastic, with plenty of safe, walkable access to surrounding areas. There were many parks nearby, which made the location feel less urban. Additionally, there were plenty of dinner options at reasonable prices near the hotel.

The lounge did not live up to the standards I have seen at other hotels within the same brand. I was expecting local favorites and omelet stations, but that was not the case.
