The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and full of character. The location was perfect, with easy access to the best bars, clubs, and restaurants in the area. The staff at the hotel were exceptional and made us feel like part of the family. Andrea at Reception and Frank at Concierge were especially helpful and ensured that we had the best hotel experience possible.

The hotel is located in a great neighborhood, close to Chapultepec park and castle. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Very safe area. Being a BonVoy member, I got upgraded to a corner suite with amazing views of the park. The rooms were always clean and the reception team was helpful and patient.

The Lipp Restaurant was a disappointment. They were rude and asked for money without serving food.

I had the most amazing stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with a warm smile and were incredibly helpful throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a stunning view from my room and a fantastic pool that my son absolutely loved. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything in the Polanco area, including many parks which made it feel less urban than expected. Moreover, it was located in the nicest area of this city. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the attentive staff who made sure I had everything I needed.

During our stay at the JW Marriott in Mexico City, we were incredibly impressed with the level of service we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, making us feel welcomed and valued. The beds in our room were extremely comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and comfortable accommodations.

Located in the central Polanco area, this hotel offers a convenient location within walking distance of everything. The nearby restaurants provide a variety of dining options to explore. The spacious rooms and clean bathrooms provide a comfortable stay. The friendly staff ensures excellent service and warm greetings. The gym area with its unique layout offers a great view while working out. The lounge provides a variety of breakfast options, including a wonderful variety of fruits like kiwi and mango.

One downside is that the pool area is outdated and lacks a bar for drinks or food.

Great location, close to many restaurants and easy to catch Ubers. Friendly and helpful staff, most speak some English which was convenient. The room was clean and well-equipped. The gym was great and the internet worked well. The executive lounge was well-stocked and had a good staff. The newstand had a variety of newspapers.

The room was not cleaned when I returned in the afternoon, although they did eventually clean it. The decor of the hotel and rooms could use some updating, especially the carpets which had a slight smell.

The hotel location was fantastic, with plenty of safe, walkable access to surrounding areas. There were many parks nearby, which made the location feel less urban. Additionally, there were plenty of dinner options at reasonable prices near the hotel.

The lounge did not live up to the standards I have seen at other hotels within the same brand. I was expecting local favorites and omelet stations, but that was not the case.
