We had a wonderful stay at this luxury hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right across the street from the Capitol. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff at check-out were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed before we left. The restaurant and bar area were also great, offering delicious food and drinks. we were very impressed with the service and facilities at this hotel.

The pillows in the room were not firm enough, leading to some discomfort during sleep. the lack of blinds or curtains in the room allowed the sun to shine directly on the face in the early morning.

Great customer service, beautiful decor, and spacious rooms. the staff at the front desk, especially Jason, were very friendly and provided outstanding customer experience. the hotel's modern and comfortable decor added to the pleasant stay. the corner room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel offers a shuttle service to local venues, which was very convenient for us.

The front desk girl was not very pleasant during check-in and gave misleading information about the dining options. We were told we could just walk in and get a table without a reservation, but this turned out to be inaccurate.

The deluxe, corner room provided us with incredible views, while the large bedroom and comfy bed ensured a comfortable stay. The secure parking, albeit costly, was a relief. The staff's kindness and helpfulness, from storing our luggage to calling taxis, impressed us. Additionally, the cleanliness and thought put into the hotel's design, with a mix of Renaissance era and modern furnishings, made for a unique ambiance. We also enjoyed the abundance of books showcasing fashion styles and the oversized games in the lobby.
