I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk away from a variety of amazing restaurants. I loved being able to explore the city area and try different cuisines. The staff here were top-notch, always friendly and helpful. They even provided pool towels that I could take to the beach, which was a great convenience. The rooms were incredibly comfortable, with the most amazing beds and pillows I've ever experienced on a vacation. I slept like a baby!

The hotel fails to provide a comfortable sleeping experience due to constant noise from sources such as a nearby nightclub/event location or loud construction.

The hotel's location in Tulum's downtown area right in front of the hotel was perfect. It was close enough to walk to restaurants and bars, but far enough to enjoy a peaceful atmosphere during the day. The hotel is situated in a rather quiet and calm block, which was a pleasant surprise. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, and the hotel facilities, especially the beautiful pool area, were well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing useful suggestions and excellent service. Additionally, the breakfast options, including pancakes, eggs, and fruits.

The sheets and pillows at Kaab were made of the most comfortable material I have ever used in a hotel! The location was also great, close to the main road and the market if you are more of a downtown person. Additionally, the option to rent bicycles was a cool perk.

Spacious rooms, reliable hot water, wonderful staff, superb cleanliness, convenient location near restaurants and supermarkets.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

The hotel had a beautiful pool area that was very Instagram-friendly. We felt safe walking around the area, even at night.The room was comfortable and met our expectations.The breakfast options were good enough, with a selection of warm dishes to choose from.

The WiFi reception in the room was inconsistent and sometimes didn't work at all. The cleaning lady stole some of our money, leading to concerns about security.

The hotel had great complementary bike rentals that allowed us to explore the area at our own pace. The location was perfect with easy parking, quiet surroundings and an overall feeling of safety. , the breakfast was freshly prepared and served with kindness by the staff.

There was an incident where one of the cleaning ladies touched our personal belongings. The reception took care of the matter but it was still an uncomfortable situation.

Ons verblijf was fantastisch! Het huis was ruim en geschikt voor 6 personen. De meubels waren goed en het huis was erg schoon. We vonden het geweldig dat het huis een keyless entry had en een wasmachine. De locatie was perfect, dichtbij het stadscentrum en de bushalte. Het was heel gemakkelijk om het hotel te vinden. De badkamer had een groot bad en er waren gratis toiletartikelen. Er waren ook veel extra handdoeken en lakens beschikbaar. De airconditioning en verwarming waren ook zeer geschikt. Het voelde echt als ons thuis in deze stad. We ontmoetten de gastheer, Kite, en hij leek een aardige man. Deze accommodatie is ideaal voor grote groepen/families, hoewel er maar 1 douche is, dus wees snel in de ochtend!

I stayed at Kaab for a few days while exploring the city. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and bars nearby. The hotel had bike rentals at a reasonable rate, which made getting around easy. The staff was helpful and responsive, especially Juan at the front desk. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the restaurant/bar had a good selection of food. The pool area was beautiful and had strong wifi, making it a great place to relax or get work done. I loved my stay here and would highly recommend it.

This boutique hotel is a gem! The rooms are spacious, clean, and have tons of storage. The beds are incredibly comfortable with soft sheets, and there's consistent A/C to keep you cool. The showers have great water pressure and even a makeup mirror. The inner courtyard with the chic pool area is charming and perfect for relaxing. You can also enjoy the bar and grill attached to the hotel. The location is ideal, just a short bike ride away from the beach, ruins, and eco-reserve. Plus, there are plenty of restaurants and shops within a 2-minute walk. The staff is friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay.

We felt like royalty during our stay at this hotel, no complaints at all.
