The location of the hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs. We were within walking distance to all the popular attractions and train stations. The convenience of being in downtown Sydney was unparalleled. the rooms were clean and comfortable with all the necessary amenities. The bathroom was spacious and the shower was excellent.

The small window looked out onto a brick wall, which made the room feel dark and enclosed.

I stayed at this place and I must say that the location is fantastic! It's right in the heart of the city, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located between Darling Harbor and Hyde Park, making it easy to explore both areas. The proximity to Town Hall Station and the Queen Victoria Building shopping arcade is also a huge plus.

The room had all the amenities I needed and the location was very convenient, close to train/bus stops and within walking distance to popular attractions like Darling Harbour and Chinatown. Plus, the air conditioning worked fine.

There was a lot of noise from the nearby metro station, which could be felt even on the higher floors. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

Spent an exciting New Year at a hotel that offered a comfortable bed and spotless room. the room featured a convenient fridge and was blissfully quiet. the hotel's prime location next to a bustling City Hall made getting around a cinch. the hotel also offered a fantastic complementary shuttle service, which added an extra layer of convenience to the trip.

I do have a minor pet peeve with the hotel's cleaning service. the room's cupboard was stained with coffee or tea left behind by previous occupants.
