The hotel is located in the heart of the hotel zone area, with easy access to the beach and amenities. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, and they were quick to accommodate our request to switch rooms due to ongoing construction. The spacious rooms and comfortable beds were a highlight, and we loved the morning coffee and biscuits delivered right to our door. The pool area and beach were also great spots to relax and unwind. we had a wonderful stay.

We loved the location of this hotel, right next to a vibrant nightclub where we could dance until the early hours of the morning. In the morning, we would wake up to the most breathtaking sunrise over the palm trees on the beach, with the most beautiful ocean in front of us. The room was cozy, with a unique wooden design that added to the jungle-like feel. The staff were incredibly friendly and fulfilled all of our wishes. The food was delicious, especially the romantic dinner we had with a view of the sunset. The yoga classes were great and the massages were a highlight. The price for all of this was very reasonable, and we can't wait to come back after the current situation.

The room could be a bit brighter as it was located on the first floor, but it was still quite cozy.

The location of Kanan was absolutely perfect for exploring Tulum. We were within walking distance to all the popular hot spots and the heart of the beach center. The treehouse concept of the hotel was stunning, making us feel like we were truly immersed in nature. And to top it off, when we mentioned that we were on our honeymoon, they surprised us with rose petals on our bed and a bottle of champagne in our room. I highly recommend this hotel for its incredible location and beautiful ambiance.

The hotel is located on the beach, but unfortunately, it is next to a nightclub where loud music plays until early in the morning. Guests reported being unable to sleep and being disturbed by music and noise from outside their room. Additionally, some rooms have obscured views due to surrounding palm trees. However, the hotel offers beautiful and unique treehouse-style accommodations with wooden tubs and rain showers. Guests have noted that the staff is courteous and accommodating, offering special touches such as rose petals and champagne for honeymooners.

The hotel lacks adequate soundproofing and is located in a busy party area with loud music and noise disturbances from the nearby club and other guests.

The location is convenient, with a short walk to nearby restaurants and bars. The food and drink at the restaurant are enjoyable and varied. The hotel offers great yoga and spa services.

The views from the balcony were breathtaking and the complimentary coffee and biscuits in the morning were a nice touch. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with cutlery when we needed it.

The bathtub in the room didn't have hot water, only the shower did, which made it unusable. It would have been nice if there were basic cutlery and plates provided in the room.
