We also really appreciated the terrace and garden furniture where we could relax after a long day.

The pool at Hilton Garden Inn was perfect for my grandchildren. They had a great time splashing around and the size of the pool was just right for them.

Great stay! the staff was amazing, giving us complimentary items and being very helpful. the location was perfect, easy to find and close to many restaurants and amenities. the room was great, clean and comfortable. we enjoyed the pool and the workout equipment.

The breakfast was not included, and there was an extra charge for it. we were surprised by the "just in case" overcharge for incidentals, that we had to wait several days to see drop from our card.

The rooms at this hotel were very clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable stay. the staff, especially Natalie at the front desk and the waitress at breakfast, were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the location of the hotel was also a major plus, as it was close to everything we needed. It was a quick and easy drive to the Expo center and there were plenty of options for quick food or drinks nearby.

One major drawback of our stay was the rude and unprofessional behavior of one of the front desk staff, Sky. Additionally, when we requested to speak with the property manager, Sky refused to contact him and displayed a lack of customer service skills.

The room was spacious, well laid out, and the bed was super comfy with two types of pillows. The hotel is clean and close to the doctors' office where I was having a procedure done. The AC worked well and was very quiet, and the breakfast area had a nice view in the atrium. The hotel is also conveniently located near several restaurants and stores, relatively close to downtown, and close to the Expo Center. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely stay here again.
