Comfortable bed, but poor bathroom conditions.

The bathroom fixtures definitely need an upgrade!!! The toilet seat sliding was uncomfortable, and the shower had no pressure. It's disappointing that basic room maintenance isn't prioritized before guests arrive!!! Also, charging for luggage storage? Really!!! ?

Consider nearby taco spots for exceptional dining or relaxing in local parks post-exploration. it enhances the overall experience significantly.

the shower was broken, HA! also, the toilet faced the shower, brilliant design right? and after all that, i woudl ve expected a complimentary upgrade or at least a thoughtful welcome, but no. instead, just disappointment. i almost gave a good review, but the lack of basic consideration ruined it for me. steer clear!

Great location near local bars and restaurants. The staff were friendly, and we enjoyed the clean rooms. Don't miss the golf course and the rooftop pool for a nice chill. Just be aware, the breakfast service can get crowded during peak times, so plan accordingly!

kavia was an absolute, utter disappointment. the shower started to fall apart, oh joy! the toilet was facing the shower – what a wonderful design choice. i mean, you'd think a special welcome gesture after all those issues would be just basic courtesy. so close to a great review, but couldn't get past the incompetence.

Great location in downtown, close to shops and eateries. The small pool was a refreshing retreat, and rooms were comfy and clean. WiFi worked just fine, too!

However, the hotel’s maintenance seemed to be on a permanent vacation. The travel agent? A master of confusion, I nearly booked a tour to the moon instead of the beach!

I had a real unexpected gem of a time! There was this taco restaurant just down the alley that blew my mind – couldn’t believe how good they were! Plus, they were right near a park, so I could just chill out after a long day of exploring. Also, the staff were super welcoming, especially Daniel who made figuring out the area a lot easier. It's the little things that really made it stand out!

Disappointment with Service and Amenities

Despite the central location, my stay was disappointing. Service was inadequate, including late checkout and luggage storage refusals. WiFi was poor, and the hot water was scarce. I recommend looking elsewhere for better accommodations, especially given the better options nearby.

The hotel was located right near everything you need, for example, simple restaurants and shops. I enjoyed the small pool. it was a nice escape after a day of activities, just relaxing there was like getting a breather from the chaos outside.

It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess you get what you pay for in that area.

Location in the city center made it easy to explore. close to the ADO terminal for smooth transfers.
