The value for my money at Kinbe was excellent, with a spacious and clean room that had a great private deck and ocean view. The location was perfect, close to the bus stop, main street attractions, and the beach. The staff, especially MARTOS and the front desk team, provided outstanding service and the Wi-Fi was strong.

For breakfast selection, it could have been a bit more varied and diverse.

This venue is located in a lush garden, with a beautiful path leading to rustic stairs that take you right near the 5th avenue. The beach is only 40 meters away, making it extremely convenient. The service here is exceptional, from the friendly staff at the reception desk to the attentive manager or owner. The rooms are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar, and a balcony or patio. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are top-notch. Additionally, the hotel provides a range of services such as car hire, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and airport shuttle.

I had the most incredible stay at a boutique hotel near the beach. Only a short walk away, the hotel's location was perfect for enjoying the sea and the vibrant main street. The cleanliness of the hotel exceeded my expectations, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The hotel facilities were exceptional, especially the rooftop patio which provided a stunning view and a great place to relax. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to a nearby restaurant made dining convenient and enjoyable.

It was only a short 15-minute walk to the beautiful beach and just around the corner from the vibrant restaurants and bars on Quinta Avenida. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bed and lovely bedding. The shower was also fantastic, and we enjoyed taking a refreshing dip in the pool. Another highlight was the rooftop area, where we could relax and soak up the sun during the day and gaze at the stars at night. The service here was exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always up for a chat. We were provided with great recommendations on how to explore the area and where to find delicious food. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

The design of the hotel was impressive, with sliding glass doors and privacy curtains allowing us to control the amount of light in the room. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and the garden and pool area were beautiful. The rooftop provided a great spot to watch the full moon rise. the hotel had a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and I appreciated the freedom to explore and dine outside of an all-inclusive setup. I would gladly visit again.

I recently stayed at Hotel Kinbe for a few nights and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable, with new and clean features. I particularly loved the balcony overlooking the courtyard with a waterfall - such a relaxing spot. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, even going above and beyond to assist with printing my boarding passes. The location was perfect, close to both Fifth Avenue and the beach. I would definitely stay here again without hesitation.

I recently stayed at a 4-star hotel with luxurious amenities and excellent services. The location of this place couldn't be better, as it is close to everything I need. It's just a short walk from the beach and right around the corner from 5th Avenue, where you can find an abundance of bars, restaurants, and even the ADO bus stations.

Great value for the price, rooms were small but well-decorated and kept clean. the convenient location, just one block from the beach and one block from 5th Ave , was perfect for exploring Playa del Carmen. the hotel also had a top-floor room with a beautiful view. Plenty of hot water and the A/C worked well.

The rooms were small, including the bathroom. There was no elevator, so you had to climb the rustic stairway to the top floor.

The staff at the front desk, especially Enrique, were extremely helpful with great tips on local eateries and attractions. The hotel had a stylish design and our room was lovely. Convenient location, though slightly noisy in the busy part of town. Comfortable and peaceful room.
