I recently stayed at the Krystal Urban hotel in Ciudad Juarez for a few nights while on a business trip. The staff was extremely kind and accommodating, especially when I didn't have the exact funds for breakfast. The room and facilities were clean, comfortable, and secure, providing me with a sense of comfort and safety as a solo female traveler. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and I felt confident leaving my car in the parking lot due to the excellent security measures, including camera surveillance. The shuttle service was punctual and convenient, always getting me to my appointments on time. I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel for future visits.

The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the cleaning staff were incredibly friendly. The room service delivery guy was also very attentive and polite. I especially appreciated the hotel's proximity to the consulate and the airport. The staff were always friendly and helpful. Another great aspect was the hotel's secure parking lot, which made me feel safe and secure throughout my stay. it was a wonderful experience.

DIANA and Sir. JAVIER DOMINGUEZ, were nice, professional, and attentive. The shuttle service was punctual. I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Ciudad Juarez. The location was perfect, conveniently close to the US Consulate and they even provided transportation. I opted for the breakfast package and the food was absolutely amazing - a variety of delicious dishes and the waiters, Rigo and Marco, were outstanding and very polite. The hotel itself is secure, with camera surveillance and the bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The service from the personnel was professional, especially from the quality manager, Srita. DIANA, and shuttle service provided by Sir. JAVIER DOMINGUEZ was always punctual. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I did experience some issues. The elevators kept getting stuck and my daughter was unfortunate enough to get hit by the doors.
