As young families, we loved the friendly and welcoming atmosphere at the hotel. The staff recognized our name upon arrival and provided excellent customer service throughout our stay. The rooms were nicely appointed with tasteful bed covers and linens, and the bathrooms were large and clean. The breakfast had a great variety of options, including scrambled eggs, bacon, potatoes, waffles. The hotel also had a well-maintained pool and hot tub area.

I had a great stay at Best Western. The location was perfect for my visit to Bentonville. The room was newly renovated and very clean, with a comfortable king bed and a spacious bathroom. The hotel reception was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, including gluten-free Cheerios. I appreciated the availability of makeup remover pads in the room. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was conveniently close to stores, sights in Bentonville, and the Razorback baseball field. Plus, the staff was very helpful and accommodating. The hotel facilities were clean and inviting, and the parking was easily accessible. I also appreciated the fact that the hotel provided two desktop computers in the front lobby for my boys to play games on. this hotel had everything I needed and more!

I would definitely stay here again.

We had a romantic escape and the hotel provided a clean and comfortable room for our stay. the staff was friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. Additionally, the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast provided by the hotel, starting our day off on a positive note.

There were a couple of drawbacks during our stay. the bed in our room seemed to be well worn on one side, causing it to slope down.

Had a great easter weekend! Loved the complimentary breakfast and coffee in the morning. the free wifi helped us stay connected while we were away. the location was perfect, right in the heart of everything we wanted to do. Being able to walk to nearby attractions made our trip even better.

The pool was a bit too heavily chlorinated, and the water seemed murky. our first room was not as clean as we would have liked.

We also enjoyed the comfortable common areas and the fast internet connection.

We did notice that the pool was a little too cold for us to enjoy fully.
