As foreign tourists, we loved the central location, comfortable rooms with great amenities, delicious made-to-order breakfast, and friendly staff.

Felt cared for, nothing to complain about.

The service was excellent. Monica and the rest of the staff were warm, accommodating, and helpful. The facilities were comfortable, inviting, and interesting. The room had a comfortable king bed with great pillows and a well-lit bathroom with an oversized tub and separate shower. The breakfast was fantastic with made-to-order options and fresh fruit.

Could not be improved in any way.

The location was perfect, close to all main squares and attractions in the beautiful city. The room was comfortable with a nice big bathroom. The staff was very helpful and the owner was always available. The breakfast was delicious and the Wi-Fi was great. The hotel also had beautiful courtyards and a lovely garden feel. We couldn't have asked for a better stay!

That the room was a little dark.

Nothing not to love.

The breakfast was decent and the bed was quite comfortable. the location was great for exploring the city center and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. Plus, the staff was friendly and helpful whenever we needed something.

For starters, the room was incredibly dark, with hardly any natural light. the bathroom was small and cramped with barely enough space to move around.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel with its spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, and tall ceilings. The courtyard areas were perfect for relaxing in the evenings, and the included breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff went above and beyond to assist me with purchasing bus tickets and even arranged for a bottle of wine from a nearby restaurant. The service here was truly exceptional.

A hidden treasure in the heart of the city. The hotel is located inside an antique shop, which gives it a unique and charming atmosphere. The rooms are clean and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and provided useful information about the area. The location is perfect, right across from the Museo de Arte. I would highly recommend this hotel for its character and convenience.

Casa del Atrio provided a unique and peaceful experience, with something new to discover around every corner.

Casa del Atrio provided an exceptional stay, making us look forward to our next visit to Santiago de Queretaro.

we had a wonderful stay at this eclectic boutique hotel in the heart of a historic Mexican city. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, and the breakfast they served was excellent and plentiful. the hotel's central location, just minutes from the old square, made it easy for us to get around. the bedroom was spacious and well-furnished, and the bathroom was huge with a separate shower and bathtub. the outside seating areas provided a peaceful and serene environment to work in. the multilingual staff and owner were incredibly attentive and accommodating. one of our best experiences during our time in Mexico.
