The value for money at Ruinas was excellent. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, close to all the attractions, and the staff treated us like royalty.

The menu for breakfast could benefit from more variety.

We loved the cleanliness of the hotel, from the bathrooms to the fresh towels provided. The breakfast area was also clean with a good variety of food. The staff, especially Fernando, went above and beyond to help us during our stay. They even brought us coca tea to our room when we were feeling sick from the altitude. The family suite we stayed in was fantastic, with two sun roofs and a stunning view of the mountains. The natural light in the room made it feel magical. Additionally, the location was great, less than 10 minutes walking to the Plaza de Armas.
