We had an absolutely luxurious stay here. the exclusive amenities fulfilled all our needs. the staff was top, notch and the outdoor swimming pool was breathtaking. the Spa Centre delivered an extraordinary full, body massage and other beauty treatments. the location is unbeatable, with easy beach access. Sun loungers and beach umbrellas provided good protection from the sun. the room advantages were outstanding, with private facilities and a restaurant offering incredibly delicious food. We enjoyed in, room breakfast and the bar/lounge area offered refreshing drinks and snacks.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of communication about an event going on at the hotel. We were unable to access certain areas, such as the bar and some of the pools.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It is situated right on the beach, allowing for stunning views and easy access to the sand and water. The rooms were spacious and clean, with large bathrooms that were a pleasant surprise. The staff provided excellent service, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. As for breakfast, the on-site coffee shop offered a delicious selection of pastries and drinks. Additionally, the infinity pools and beach bar with swings as chairs were standout facilities that we thoroughly enjoyed.

We were disappointed by the lack of restaurant variety at the hotel.

The pools were lovely, with a waterfall edge that made for great whale watching. Access to beach chairs and a bar with swings as chairs. the gardens were a nice touch. the food at all restaurants was presented beautifully and tasted awesome. the spa massage was fantastic, complete with a steam room. the rooms had a fantastic view, regardless of whether it was full or partial, and the bathrooms were large.

Lack of restaurant variety and coffee shop that only opens at 9 in the morning. the constant sales pitch for their timeshare program can be overwhelming, so be prepared to say no or do hours of listening to Hilton Club offers.

The pools are fantastic with accessibility from lounge chairs. The waterfall edge offers great whale watching. There are beach chairs available and a beach bar with swing chairs. The gardens are nice and there's a small store on site with delicious gelato and Starbucks coffee. The food and presentation at all restaurants are wonderful. The spa offers fantastic massages and has a steam room. The majority of rooms have a fantastic view of the ocean and the bathrooms are large. The staff is amazing.

Felt spoilt, no complaints whatsoever.

The property at Hilton Grand Vacations was fantastic, with beautiful views, rooms, and amenities like the beach and pool. We opted for the all-inclusive package to avoid expensive meals and drinks. The staff was amazing and the location was central to everything.
