The location was pristine with a friendly front office. The pool had 2 hoists for guests with disabilities. Rooms were spotless with upgraded amenities. Breakfast was tasty with options for picky eaters. Impressive experience, will return. Great job!

The location of this hotel was convenient, with easy access to the main highway. the room I stayed in was in the back near the breakfast room and pool, which was a plus. Despite hearing some truck traffic, it wasn't too bothersome. the breakfast room, although small, had a friendly and helpful staff member who made sure everyone had everything they needed.

The price of this hotel seemed to be way too high considering its location. There was nothing in walking distance and nothing to do on-site.

I gotta say, the value for my money at this hotel was spot on. The room was spacious and clean, with an upgraded feel. Plus, the location was absolutely perfect for exploring all the cool attractions up north like Mackinac Island and Petoskey, not to mention downtown Harbor Springs. It's a perfect location for exploring the ski resorts nearby, with easy access to restaurants without being in the heart of the town. The state park with a beach on Lake Michigan is a short drive away, as is the stunning Tunnel of Trees. Our room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and a spacious, updated bathroom. The breakfast was impressive with plenty of options. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and hot tub, which were well-maintained and inviting.

The walls were a bit thin, which meant we could hear traffic noise from the highway nearby.
