loved my stay at this fab hotel in playa del carmen! friendly staff, great location, and comfy room with a balcony. the breakfast was fantastic and the gardens with swimming pools were a great place to relax. my favourite hotel during my mexico trip! can't wait to go back.

Weird smell in the room.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is not far from the beach and the main shopping areas on 5th Avenue. It is also conveniently located near the ADO bus station, making it easy to explore various destinations and even take a ferry to Cozumel. The rooms are clean and functional, with a nice bathroom and great hot water and shower pressure. The staff provides excellent service, and the breakfast is delicious with a variety of options.

One downside is that the nicer pool was closed for some reason and the hot tub was not heated.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was superb, just a couple of blocks away from the main entertainment district, and adjacent to the main municipal square. The hotel had two decent pool areas, including a stunning rooftop pool with a beautiful view over the city. The staff were absolutely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast in the café next door was fairly simple but very tasty. this hotel had everything I needed and its close proximity to everything in the city made it the perfect choice.

The location of this hotel was amazing! It was just a short walk away from all the main attractions and entertainment district, making it the perfect base for exploring the area. the rooftop bar and pool area was a definite highlight. It was so nice to relax and unwind while enjoying the beautiful views. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great suggestions for dining options.

The small size of the rooms. They were a bit cramped and didn't have much sound insulation, so we could often hear noise from other guests and the common areas.

Spent Christmas here and it was amazing! the staff were so friendly and made us feel right at home. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the main attractions and with plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby. the breakfast spread was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We loved that they had a water cooler available, it was so convenient and saved us from buying bottled water constantly.

There were a couple of things that could have been improved. the breakfast could start a bit earlier, as we had day trips that left before 7 am and we missed out on breakfast because of the timing.

It was a great stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful with a lovely garden area. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. I really enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi. The room amenities were great, especially the air conditioning on hot days.

I would recommend this place to my family and friends without hesitation.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming boutique hotel. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we were well taken care of throughout our visit. Our room was not only beautiful, but it was also kept exceptionally clean every day. The bathroom was luxurious and had great water pressure in the shower. We loved starting our day with a delicious full hot breakfast, which was a pleasant surprise. The rooftop pool and bar were perfect for relaxing, and the bartender made fantastic drinks. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to the beach and explore the area. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Playa del Carmen.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to everything in Playa del Carmen. I liked that it was a bit further from the too busy streets, so it was peaceful and relaxing. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and hot tub, which were nice and refreshing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were always there to answer any questions and provide assistance.

We had a fantastic experience at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, situated right in the center of town but in a quiet area. It was within walking distance to the main entertainment district and just a short stroll to the beautiful beach. The hotel had a nice tropical garden which added to the overall ambiance. The service was excellent, with amenities such as dry cleaning, housekeeping, and laundry available. The airport shuttle service was convenient and reliable. The room itself was spacious and well-appointed, with modern amenities including air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a balcony with garden furniture. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast and had a restaurant and poolside snack bar for additional dining options. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a two-minute walk from the main street, the beach, and a big supermarket. It is also a convenient starting point for exploring Tulum and other beautiful beaches and cenotes.

Felt like family, no complaints at all.

Conveniently located near bus and shopping, pleasant decor throughout, enjoyable breakfast. Relaxing pools on ground and rooftop, great design, lovely verandas and seating areas to unwind. Friendly and helpful staff, quiet and safe area. Comfortable rooms with good aircon and bathrooms, nice complimentary amenities.

The breakfast and friendly staff were fantastic! the fact that there was free Wi-Fi and complimentary bottled water was also a plus. the hotel's location was central, making access to shops and bars easy.

The sun beds needed renewing, as they looked tired and had a mouldy smell. the rooms were small and in need of an update.
