This place suits me perfectly with excellent amenities like free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff once recommended a great place for tasty food, which I loved. I'm coming back for a xmas!

How it stacks up, my honest take

I enjoyed the stunning views of the Rocky Mountains during my stay. The two-bedroom suite was spacious and well-equipped, ideal for families. Breakfast was decent, though selections could improve. Unfortunately, noise from adjoining rooms was disruptive, diminishing comfort. Staff friendliness varied, impacting the experience. It's a mixed bag, but scenic location wins!

the sofa bed was like sleeping on a rock, truly disappointing. housekeeping? practically nonexistent, as I witnessed firsthand, and can we talk about the outdated, pathetic gym? I really thought I’d get a room upgrade for my troubles, but apparently, that’s not a thing here. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The second room was spacious and well-equipped, making for a comfortable stay. The first room, however, was shockingly unclean, with food and mess everywhere. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance guy who fixed our disposal quickly.

The complimentary breakfast had a great variety, including freshly made waffles and omelettes that our family loved.

The sofa bed in our suite was incredibly uncomfortable, making it difficult for our teenager to get a good night's sleep.

the room we got had issues with the tv. but the beds were super comfy and the kitchen was very useful for family dinners. friendly front desk staff made us feel welcomed. great location near restaurants and stores.
