We had an amazing stay at La Tortuga Hotel & Spa. The value for money was excellent and our room was clean and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, just a block away from the bustling shopping and dining area of 5th ave. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay.

The only thing that could have been improved was the breakfast offerings.

We stayed at this place for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, as it was so close to everything but far enough away to be peaceful. The hotel is right in the main entertainment district and very close to nightclubs. The staff were incredibly service-minded and were always willing to help us with anything we needed. The room amenities were great, including an ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a hairdryer. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. We also loved lounging by the swimming pool and taking advantage of the spa and wellness center. our stay here was fantastic and we would definitely recommend it to anyone.

The pool at La Tortuga Hotel & Spa - Adults Only was a wonderful escape, surrounded by lush tropical plants. I loved lounging by the pool, soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful ambiance. The staff at the hotel were excellent, especially Reuben at the front desk. He was warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance to the beach clubs and the vibrant streets of Playa del Carmen. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend La Tortuga Hotel & Spa - Adults Only to others.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a great king size bed and pillows. The staff went above and beyond for our anniversary, even providing champagne. The hotel's colonial style and beautiful premises added to the experience. The Mexican breakfast at Como Como Restaurant was delicious, with attentive waiters. The pool area was excellent and the location was perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool and jacuzzi, which had a fantastic Amazon vibe with lush plants. We also loved the direct access from our room to the pool. The staff, especially Roberto and Rafa, were incredibly helpful with tours, recommendations, and anything we needed. We were close to the beach and had easy access to restaurants, cafes, and shopping. The hotel's cleanliness was superb, and the breakfast was delicious. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.

The hotel is nestled in the jungle of an over-touristic area, providing a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. It is conveniently located, close to everything and within walking distance of some great local restaurants off the tourist area. The central location makes it easy to explore the surrounding attractions.

The bathrooms in some rooms are on the smaller side, and guests with knee or back problems may find the stairs to the upper floors a bit challenging.

The staff at this hotel were amazing! They were so friendly and helpful throughout my stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, close to the main shopping street and just a short walk to the beach. the daily breakfast provided was absolutely incredible, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. Another great aspect was the happy hour at the hotel bar, where the bartender Manuel served up fantastic drinks and made the experience enjoyable with his friendly personality.

The hot tub at the hotel was broken during my stay, which was a disappointment. I had chosen this hotel specifically for the hot tub, as I have back issues and find it helpful for relaxation.
