Absolutely Stunning!

The property is absolutely stunning, every little detail is taken care of. The staff is wonderful and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We loved the welcome drink and the amazing breakfast. The room was simply amazing with attention to little things which added to the experience. The perfect location made it easy to explore the city!

Our stay was nearly perfect except for the fact that they did not light the candles as promised. It would have been great to have the little lanterns/candles lit at night to enhance the ambiance.

We had an incredible time at this stunning hotel. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to all the attractions. The room was beautifully designed and the bathroom was a highlight, with a unique and luxurious bath. The service was excellent, from the welcome mezcal to the delicious breakfast. We also loved the heated pool and the massage in our room. It was a truly unforgettable experience.

That the hotel didn't light the lanterns/candles at night as promised.

We had the most luxurious and relaxing stay at this hotel. From the exclusive amenities to the exemplary service, our needs were fully fulfilled. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight for us, with its refreshing and inviting waters. We also indulged in a full-body massage in the privacy of our room, and it was nothing short of amazing. The sun terrace was our favorite spot to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The location advantage was unbeatable, as we were within walking distance of some of the best restaurants and attractions.

We had a minor issue with the promised nightly lanterns/candles not being lit, but it didn't take away from our overall experience. The room advantages were exceptional, and we loved the in-room breakfast provided.
