The location of the hotel was fantastic, just a short walk from the main seafront and all the restaurants. the staff were also very friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations on things to do in the area. the room itself was spacious and comfortable, with all the necessary kitchen facilities for a convenient stay.

The cleanliness of the room was sub-par. There were noticeable signs of wear and tear, and the curtains, upholstery, and paint appeared old and dirty.

The location of this hotel was unbeatable, right by the malecón and within walking distance to numerous dining options. the staff were attentive and aimed to ensure a perfect stay. Another advantage was the charming, old-fashioned atmosphere of the room. It felt much more personal and cozy compared to a modern room in a fancy hotel. the price was also very reasonable for the comfort provided.

There was some noise from car horns and dog barking, but it didn't bother us too much.

One downside of our stay was that the hotel could get noisy, especially due to the bustling Malecon area nearby. It's a good idea to bring earplugs to drown out the noise.

The price was also very reasonable, considering the amenities and location. I highly recommend Las Gaviotas Condo-Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in La Paz.

Very spacious two-bedroom units with two full baths, great for families or groups of friends. Stunning ocean views from all rooms and located near many restaurants and shops. the pool area is well-maintained and offers both sunny and shaded spots to relax.
