There was some noise from car horns and dog barking, but it didn't bother us too much.

One downside of our stay was that the hotel could get noisy, especially due to the bustling Malecon area nearby. It's a good idea to bring earplugs to drown out the noise.

The price was also very reasonable, considering the amenities and location. I highly recommend Las Gaviotas Condo-Hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in La Paz.

Very spacious two-bedroom units with two full baths, great for families or groups of friends. Stunning ocean views from all rooms and located near many restaurants and shops. The pool area is well-maintained and offers both sunny and shaded spots to relax.

Housekeeping could be improved, as some areas were not cleaned thoroughly, like the bathroom sink and shower. However, staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

The location was perfect for us, as it was a short walk to the beach and there were plenty of good restaurants close by. We also appreciated the secure parking and the fact that we could easily visit Balandra beach from this location.
