The main pool was also dirty and needed better cleaning. the bar service at the pool and beach area was slow, and the drinks were watered down.

The staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, from providing fresh fruit and drinks upon arrival to closing the mosquito net around our bed each evening. The private beach and pools were stunning, and the breakfast was outstanding. The hotel's commitment to environmental conservation, such as offering bamboo straws and using natural cleaning products, was impressive. we had a truly relaxing and memorable experience at this hotel. I highly recommend it.

cassia cottage was even better than my previous stay in phu quoc. the property is stunning, with beautiful rooms and friendly staff. i loved starting my day with yoga and indulging in the delicious breakfast. the three pools and beach location made it the perfect place to relax. the food at spice house was amazing, and the sunsets were glorious. truly a haven.
