Our villa had a picturesque view of the beach and a spacious patio overlooking the pool. The daily maid service was exceptional and left the villa sparkling clean. We enjoyed the convenience of having a restaurant on site for breakfast and snacks. The beach, although not suitable for sandcastle building, was peaceful and connected to a trail leading to Akumal. The hotel provided kayaks and snorkeling equipment free of charge. I highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing beachfront getaway.

We absolutely loved staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel! The location couldn't have been better as it was right next to the beach. We had easy access to the beautiful Acumal beach where we could swim with giant sea turtles without having to pay anything. It was an incredible experience to see the turtles everyday just a short walk up the beach. The hotel itself provided enhanced comfort and quality services. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and we appreciated the complimentary water dispenser. this place exceeded our expectations and we can't wait to come back.

What a gem of a place! I loved the complementary fruity drinks and snacks! They made me feel welcomed and it was a great start to my day. the location is perfect because it’s right by the beach, and I’m talking about a beach you can actually relax on without being bothered by huge crowds of people! the place is peaceful and the staff is really attentive to your needs. I also loved being able to cook my own meals in the kitchenette, saving money on food and having the luxury of eating in my private villa.

The only thing that I would say could be improved is the breakfast options. the included breakfast only had a few options and it gets repetitive if you’re staying for more than just a couple of days.

We had an excellent stay at Las Villas with spacious, clean apartments and stunning sea views from the balcony. the location was perfect for us, close to activities and with a beautiful beach area equipped with lounge chairs and umbrellas. the staff, especially Lizbeth at the front desk, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. the property was well-maintained, and we even got to witness sea turtles coming ashore in the evenings. the breakfast, while simple, was satisfactory. we highly recommend Las Villas for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Our stay at this beachfront villa was absolutely mind-blowing! The apartment was incredibly spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a breathtaking view of the ocean. With two kids in tow, we had more than enough room to relax and enjoy ourselves. The staff was super professional and courteous, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. We spent countless hours on the large porches, hanging out in the hammocks and taking in the stunning water views. Having a restaurant on-site for complimentary breakfast and all-day food options was a major bonus, but we also loved exploring the fantastic restaurants within easy walking distance or a quick five-minute drive to Akumal. this place was an absolute paradise—peaceful, tasteful, and undeniably beautiful. We can't wait to come back and experience this hidden gem once again!

We stayed at Las Villas for three nights and it was exactly what we were looking for. The views and access to the sea were amazing, and we loved kayaking on the water. The apartment was spacious and had a great patio overlooking the pool and beach. The daily maid service was excellent, always keeping everything clean. The beach was uncrowded, and we enjoyed the beach trail that led us to Akumal. The staff, especially Raul, were friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach, which made it very convenient for us to enjoy the sun and sea. The hotel was peaceful and well kept, creating a serene atmosphere for a relaxing getaway. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to popular attractions such as Tulum, Chichen, and Cenotes made it a great base for exploring the area. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with room service, car hire, and housekeeping ensuring that all our needs were met. The cleaning lady assigned to our room was particularly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The hotel amenities, including the spa and wellness center, swimming pool, and beach access, added to the overall luxury and enjoyment of our stay.

A minor downside was that the room was a bit stuffy upon our arrival, but the staff had already opened the windows to improve the air circulation. However, this did not detract from our overall experience.

However, the only downside was that the restaurant food didn't meet my expectations. the hotel provided a memorable stay with its prime seaside location and top-notch service.
