ideal central location, impressive Superior Suite size, well-equipped gym

Rooms show signs of aging with cracks on walls and fixtures!!! The indoor pool is hidden away in the basement—definitely misleading!!! Valet parking service is slower than you’d expect, and unclear where they park your car!!!

The Superior Suite was impressively spacious and quiet, allowing for a restful stay. The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, making dining convenient and enjoyable. The gym was well-equipped, adding to the overall great experience!

It’s perfectly located with modern, clean installations! The exceptionally comfortable room, kind staff, and good breakfast made for a nice stay.

Though the bed was very comfortable! the gym was a bit small and the restaurant service was slow.

the staff were incredibly helpful. ingmar and victor provided fantastic advice and even secured us a tour guide for our sightseeing before the wedding. the restaurant was a highlight, with vibrant breakfast options that varied each day.

sometimes the location felt a bit isolated. more accessible public transport would enhance the experience.

But good luck using the shower without flooding the place! Also, room service fees? Seriously? I thought breakfast was included, not an extra mortgage!

Had an amazing time with friends! The hotel's location is perfect for exploring nearby attractions like the stunning Chapultepec Park and the vibrant Roma neighborhood. The accommodations were modern and clean, and the staff were super friendly. Definitely consider ordering room service. it was delicious and added to our overall great experience.

One downside was the fluctuating water temperature in the shower, which was a bit annoying and disrupted our relaxing vibe after long days out.

I enjoyed the location, which made it easy to visit famous museums and historic sites. The staff were welcoming, and my room had a nice view. I appreciated the fitness center, which had good equipment. Also, the breakfast provided plenty of options, though some drinks could have been hotter. A wake-up call I received was late one morning, but it was resolved after I mentioned it. I felt at home during my stay. I traveled with my partner, and being from Italy, local art fascinated me.

Had a wonderful time! The staff were super friendly, always greeting us with a smile, and we even got complimentary drinks upon arrival! The location was perfect for grabbing food nearby, but you've gotta use Uber for the sights! !

It wasn't exactly inexpensive, but honestly, for what we got, it was still acceptable.
