Felt spoilt, no complaints

This hotel is a great deal for the price. It is located in an awesome location, very close to the beach access, Quinta Avenida, and lots of restaurants and street foods nearby within 5-10 minutes walking distance. Additionally, Walmart is just 7 minutes away on foot, and there is a mercado right next door where we found local food and fresh fruits.

All was more than okay.

The Hotel Los Itzaes By 5Th Av in Playa del Carmen exceeded my expectations. The atmosphere was inviting with beautiful hanging plants and lush vines. The rooms were clean and luxurious. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, cafés, and shops. it was a great value and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

I've been lucky enough to stay at this gem for three years in a row now, and it never disappoints. The hotel is also located just a couple of blocks from the beach, and only a stone's throw away from the bustling tourist district on 5th Avenue. The staff here are outstanding, going above and beyond to ensure your stay is everything you hoped for. The rooms are always kept spotlessly clean and the breakfast included is a real treat.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The rooms are spacious and even larger than those in the USA. The shower is luxurious with floor-to-ceiling marble. We loved the small balcony, room safe, and strong AC. The mini fridge kept our drinks icy cold. The comfortable bed and constant hot water were a great plus. The hotel is located in a safe area with police patrol. There is parking across the street, and we loved the convenience of fresh fruit smoothies at a nearby shop. The hotel is in a prime location, just one block away from the bustling main street and the beach. The free, fast internet was a big bonus. The staff were friendly, and our room was beautifully decorated for my birthday.
