The resort was perfect for our romantic escape. the beautiful gardens and the peaceful atmosphere were our best aspects. the pools were clean and never too crowded, and the staff was always kind and helpful. the breakfast had a lot of options, and we also enjoyed the restaurant's delicious food. the spa was a fantastic way to relax, and the massages were reasonably priced.

The mattress was too firm for our liking and made it harder to sleep peacefully during the night. the extra charges for some amenities were a bit high, and we expected them to be included.

We had an outstanding experience at Bamboo Village, starting with the delicious breakfast offering a wide variety of fruits, cheeses, and different hot dishes. The beach view from the breakfast area made it even more enjoyable. The rooms were nice, with a balcony offering a lovely garden view. The resort's garden was like a paradise, although the photos and statements on the trees should be placed at the resort entrance. The management was very professional and had a lot of heart, soul, and creativity. Walking distance to everything in the village was a plus.
