The location couldn't be better, with many restaurants in Americas neighborhood, offering a wide variety of cuisine. The staff is incredibly helpful, always listening to your requests. The room is beautifully decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide range of options. The view from the roof terrace is simply stunning, allowing you to relax and enjoy the cityscape.

There were a few maintenance issues in the room, such as a window that didn't close properly.

We love the location of the hotel, it's in a bustling area close to many restaurants in Americas neighborhood and just a walk away from all the action downtown on Chapultepec. The staff is friendly and attentive in providing you helpful advice about the city. Additionally, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room was super modern, comfortable, and spacious.

The noise from the air conditioning unit was unbearable at times, which made it difficult to sleep.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. The location was perfect for me because it was close to all the action downtown. There were amazing bars and restaurants nearby, and I found myself never running out of things to do. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I also loved that they provided room service and laundry services. The amenities were fantastic, from the air conditioning to the terrace, and the soundproofed rooms made my stay even more comfortable.

the location was perfect, being just a block away from my sister's wedding hall and in one of the most fun areas of the city. the room itself was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed that provided the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. the bathroom was clean and had a unique aquarium-style shower that added a touch of fun. I also loved the electronic lock and doorbell. the hotel had a romantic atmosphere, which was unexpected but enjoyable. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic stay at Love It Consulado. the front desk staff, Alfonso and Andres, were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. the lobby and front terrace entrance were beautiful, and the common space on the lower floors was outstanding. the location was perfect with restaurants and bars within walking distance. We also enjoyed the work/conference room and the rooftop balcony with comfortable chairs. the restaurant upstairs was a great convenience and the fresh tuna toast was simply delicious. Highly recommended for any type of traveler.
