The location couldn't be better, with many restaurants in Americas neighborhood, offering a wide variety of cuisine. The staff is incredibly helpful, always listening to your requests. The room is beautifully decorated and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is delicious, offering a wide range of options. The view from the roof terrace is simply stunning, allowing you to relax and enjoy the cityscape.

There were a few maintenance issues in the room, such as a window that didn't close properly.

We love the location of the hotel, it's in a bustling area close to many restaurants in Americas neighborhood and just a walk away from all the action downtown on Chapultepec. I had a wonderful experience during my stay here. The location was perfect for me because it was close to all the action downtown. I also loved that they provided room service and laundry services. I recently stayed at Love It Consulado, and it was a fantastic experience. The location was perfect, being just a block away from my sister's wedding hall and in one of the most fun areas of the city. The room itself was spacious and modern, with a comfortable bed that provided the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. The bathroom was clean and had a unique aquarium-style shower that added a touch of fun. I also loved the electronic lock and doorbell. The hotel had a romantic atmosphere, which was unexpected but enjoyable. For the price, I would definitely stay here again.

We also enjoyed the work/conference room and the rooftop balcony with comfortable chairs. The restaurant upstairs was a great convenience and the fresh tuna toast was simply delicious.
