We had a wonderful stay at Casa Luciana. The hotel is absolutely stunning with beautiful and clean rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast options were delicious and the rooftop terrace provided a lovely place to relax. The location of the hotel is convenient, close to the vibrant neighborhoods of Condesa & Roma. The free drink on arrival was a delightful touch that made us feel welcome. Casa Luciana provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

During my recent Thanksgiving stay, I loved how the hotel was stunningly beautiful, with comfortable beds and excellent shower facilities. I particularly enjoyed the complimentary drink upon arrival and the fantastic rooftop terrace that is perfect for relaxing. the hotel's location is ideal as it is situated within a safe neighborhood, providing easy access to some lovely bars and restaurants.

the hotel staff was not always available, leaving us waiting for an extended period, especially as there is no reception. the hotel charged me the full price of a brand new bottle of shampoo, even though I only broke the glass bottle.

The exclusive amenities in this hotel were impressive. I loved the Spa & wellness centre, which offered a full body massage. the Jacuzzi on the sun terrace was a real treat. the garden area was so relaxing with its sun loungers and beach umbrellas.

The only minor issue was the lack of a vegan, gluten, free, or sugar, free option for breakfast. the restaurant menu was lovely, but some dietary restrictions were not accommodated.

The rooftop terrace at Casa Luciana Condesa is a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the beautiful mornings and evenings. The location is convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and coffee shops to explore. The rooms are spacious and the showers are great. The interiors feel new and the peaceful street adds to the overall tranquility of the stay.
