New apartment, perfect location, great staff, spacious and clean rooms, amazing pool and recreation area.

The condo unit was spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The pool area was beautiful and added to the overall enjoyment of the property. The location of the condo was great, with easy access to nearby restaurants and shops, as well as a quick walk to the beach.

There were a few negatives during our stay. First, one of the exterior doors in our ground level unit did not lock properly, which made us feel a bit vulnerable.

The staff were friendly and always available to help. I loved the convenience of having a car park under the property. I highly recommend this place for a great vacation.

I recently stayed at a luxurious and central condo in Playa. It was the perfect accommodation for my stay. The property had a big communal pool, two jacuzzis, and a gym. The location was great, just off 5th Avenue, which is the main street with shops, bars, restaurants, and clubs. The service was excellent, with a dedicated point of contact throughout my stay, who was able to arrange anything I needed. The staff, particularly David, went above and beyond to ensure I had a fantastic experience.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Location is incredible: best corner of the city, close to restaurants, bars, and the beach. Excellent amenities: pool, Jacuzzi, fitness center. Comfortable and well-equipped apartment: full kitchen, comfortable bed, great shower, washing and dryer machines. Friendly and helpful staff: accommodating, provided fresh croissants, took care of dinner reservations and directions. 24/7 security.

The staff is incredibly helpful and attentive, even organizing a special birthday dinner with a personal chef. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a beautiful view of the pool. The condo also offers 24/7 security and convenient underground parking. it's a fantastic place to stay, despite the gym's air conditioner issue.

One negative aspect is that the air conditioner in the gym was not working, making it uncomfortable to exercise in the heat.

The value for money at this centrally located condo was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. The location was perfect, just steps from the beach and close to all the activity on 5th Avenue. The pool was absolutely spectacular and the private parking was a bonus.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better would be a wider variety of options.

The cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, and the facilities, including the pool and hot tubs, were top-notch. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure my every need was taken care of.

The property's biggest asset is its professional and friendly staff, who went the extra mile to make us feel at home. The management even helped us in planning excursions, adding an extra touch to our holiday experience. Highly recommended!
