I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with fresh and clean rooms that made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. The hotel facilities were great, especially the pool area where towels were always readily available. The location was perfect, with beautiful Sunset Point Beach and Blue Mountain just a short distance away. The staff provided excellent customer service, with Kevin at the front desk and the lady at the breakfast station being particularly friendly and helpful. Speaking of breakfast, it was varied and tasty, giving me a great start to each day.

The staff were extremely courteous and helpful, especially the night manager who quickly resolved a plumbing issue and went above and beyond to make our move hassle-free. The hotel facilities were excellent, with spacious and beautifully decorated rooms that had all the amenities we needed, including a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the bed was incredibly comfortable with a variety of pillows to suit our preference. The location was perfect, within walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful beach, and just a short drive to the stunning Blue Mountains.

The breakfast was excellent and had plenty of variety to suit all tastes. the staff were friendly and helpful, and the pool and fitness room were well-maintained and enjoyable. the location was also very convenient for my needs.

The mattresses were too firm for my liking, and the pillows were not very supportive. there was some confusion with the payment system, which resulted in overcharges on my credit card that took some time to resolve.

wow, holiday inn express & suites in collingwood really stepped it up this time! their brand new, spacious rooms were spotless and the beds were so comfy. the staff was super friendly and even helped me with taxis and a late check-out. the breakfast had a great variety and they even had take-away options. definitely exceeded my expectations!
