We had an absolutely superb experience at Mansion Merida Boutique Hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff treated us like family. the hotel is situated in a beautiful square in the city center, and the grandeur and attention to detail in the decoration is breathtaking. the spacious room was exquisitely decorated, and the bed was even better than our own at home. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, from the welcome drinks and fruit in our room to the exceptional service in the bar and bistro. the hotel itself is a sight to behold, and the live piano music during breakfast added to the special atmosphere.

We thoroughly enjoyed our five-day stay at the Mansion Merida Boutique Hotel. the beautifully restored and preserved historic building exudes charm and elegance. the suites are spacious with high ceilings and tasteful decor. the staff was friendly, efficient, and always ready to assist. the location was perfect, just a block away from the cathedral and main town square. the breakfast options were delicious and filling, providing a great start to the day. we were impressed with the attention to detail and the warm atmosphere of the hotel.

We loved the central location of this hotel in a fantastic environment. The hotel facilities were wonderful, with a nice outdoor swimming pool that we unfortunately didn't get to use. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Carlos, the office manager/receptionist. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the breakfast choices were plentiful.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were excellent. The location in the historic center was perfect, right in a busy square. The interior design of the mansion was stunning, and the service provided by the staff at all levels was impeccable. The breakfast served was delicious, with generous portions. my experience at this hotel was fantastic in every way.

The hotel is located in the heart of the historic center, making it a perfect base for exploring the city. We were able to easily walk to the main square and see all the sights. The rooms were spacious with big, high ceilings, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff provided exceptional service, and the delicious breakfast options were a great way to start the day. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful pool where we could cool off and relax.

Some of the rooms didn't have traditional windows, but instead, they opened onto an outside patio.

The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing the best night's sleep. We also loved the central location, making it convenient to explore the city. The Mexican breakfast was delicious, especially the tamales. The refreshing pool was perfect for cooling off in the hot weather. we highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Perfect location in the heart of town, excellent staff, and beautifully appointed rooms make this a great choice for your city trip. We loved the complementary coffee and daily dessert treats. the pool area is a real oasis to unwind, with plenty of space to enjoy lounging.

While the dinner dishes at the hotel's restaurant were good and affordable, they were not up to the standards of the rest of the hotel. If you're a light sleeper, the air conditioner may keep you up at night.

Wow, this hotel is like a fairy tale! The rooms are huge, the spa is luxurious, and there's even an enchanting courtyard with a beautiful Italian fountain. A truly memorable stay.if that's what you're into.

Oh, and the staff? Well, let's just say they lack that personal touch.
