Really big room with lots of storage, fridge, coffee machine, cutlery, hot shower.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The location of the hotel was in a very unpleasant dirty neighborhood, which made me feel unsafe during my stay. the room was never clean and I had to deal with dust and dirt everywhere. The bathroom was also not well maintained, with dirty towels and stains on the sheets. The only positive aspect was the proximity to Playa del Carmen, allowing for easy exploration of the area.

The staff was unhelpful and did not provide the necessary amenities or services that were promised.

We loved the clean and modern room with plenty of storage, fridge, and coffee machine. The hot shower and toiletries were a nice touch, and the comfortable bed ensured a good night's sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was ideal, just a 15-minute walk to the beach.

During my Christmas vacation, I enjoyed the spacious apartment with its comfortable and cozy bed. the rooftop pool area was a great place to relax and unwind with its picturesque views. the laundry in the room was a helpful and convenient bonus.

Although the location was central and quiet, noisy barking dogs across the street could be heard day and night. the lack of sound insulation between rooms made it difficult to sleep due to noise from neighboring guests.

My stay at Mare was fantastic. The modern and spacious apartment exceeded my expectations. The comfortable beds and great lighting made for a pleasant stay. The location, although initially seeming rough, turned out to be safe and convenient for exploring. The evening staff were incredibly friendly and helpful upon my arrival. I would highly recommend Mare for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the best spots in the city, such as Coco Beach and Esmeralda. Additionally, it offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a rooftop pool with ocean views.

The hotel has very poor sound insulation, making it extremely noisy.

I also appreciated the complementary cleaning service, which made coming back to fresh sheets and towels a lovely treat. the room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. And the rooftop pool was definitely a highlight. the included parking in the hotel's garage was a great bonus. it was great value for the money and I highly recommend Mare.
