We loved the modern design and cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms felt spacious and well put together. The Apple TV was a great bonus for entertainment. The staff at the front desk were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient, with plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby and easy access to transportation. The bed at Zentis was incredibly comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The modern facilities and Apple TV in the room were a nice touch. The hotel's location near the station and multiple subways was very convenient. Plus, the daily cleaning service was a pleasant surprise.

Nothing not to love.

The hotel had a great bar and foyer area, with lovely gardens to admire. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the rooms were well designed and comfortable. the location was also great, with plenty of amenities and dining options nearby.

Breakfast was not worth the cost and lacked variety, with no gluten-free options available. the restaurant menu was limited and not very impressive.

We had an exceptional stay at Zentis. The hotel was beautifully designed, clean, and modern. The rooms were stylishly decorated and equipped with all the amenities we needed, including high-quality toiletries. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, even providing us with additional items like an iron and hair straightener. It was truly the highlight of our trip to Japan!

During our stay, we faced a minor inconvenience with the design of the room. The bathroom had a window without a blind, which allowed street lights to shine into the room at night.

The exclusive amenities at this hotel exceeded my expectations. the luxurious leisure room provided a calm atmosphere with high quality mattresses, a washer/dryer, and a few books. the staff showed exceptional service, assisting with luggage and taxi arrangements during a heavy rainstorm. the Japanese breakfast was delicious with coffee/tea available in the lobby for convenience.

The laundry room could use some improvement. Guests often left their laundry unattended, causing some inconvenience for those waiting to use the machines.

I recently stayed at Zentis in Osaka for a few days and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. The hotel is tucked away in the bustling Umeda area, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The location is convenient and the hotel itself is impeccably clean, with a modern and stylish design. I appreciated the little touches, like the spacious room, Apple TV, and the availability of microwaves on the second floor. The staff was also attentive, promptly fixing a broken conditioner pump when we brought it to their attention. a lovely experience.
