i truly expected a five-star experience, but shockingly, i was met with a limited breakfast menu that reminded me of a budget diner! also, i can’t believe my toilet seat wasn’t heated! as a special touch, i wished for a delightful welcome gift as compensation, but clearly, that notion was lost on the staff. a disappionting stay indeed.

zentis is a great choice! the rooms are spacious and modern. The free coffee station is a nice touch. it's located in a quiet neighborhood but still within walking distance to subway stations, shopping, and some fantastic izakayas. and the 24-hour fitness center with life fitness equipment was perfect for my workouts!
