The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. It was great to be just steps away from the main square and all the vibrant activities happening in Oaxaca. the rooms were clean and comfortable, with some offering stunning views of the main square. Plus, the hotel had a restaurant that served amazing food. the pizza was out of this world and the steak Tlayuda was absolutely superb.

The hotel could use some improvements. the staff could have been friendlier and more helpful.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic, right on the bustling zocalo. Everything is within walking distance, and you can even enjoy free concerts every night. It truly gives you the best of the city experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with cozy beds and basic amenities. I appreciate that the staff is attentive and friendly, making sure that everything is in order. The breakfast, although not included, is worth the price as it is absolutely delicious.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in the center of town and in the middle of all the day of the dead festivities. You can step out of the hotel and be in the heart of the action. The staff were wonderful and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast served promptly in the morning was delicious, especially the fruit and mermeladas. The hotel also has a beautiful patio with a great view of the city.

The internet service was spotty in the room and sometimes we had to go into the hall to access it.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel in a prime location. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the old building added to the charm. The best part was being able to walk to restaurants, shops, and historic sites. The hotel was a perfect base for exploring the city.

My Perfect Location for Day of the Dead celebrations was at the hotel in the heart of the action. I loved the views of the sunset and the church from my room, and the AC drowned out the Battle of the Bands. The hotel truly embodied the spirit of Dias de los Muertes, and I can't wait to come back! I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable experience.

The rooms were smaller than expected, and there was a fair amount of noise from the street. the elevator was occasionally out of order, which is not ideal with heavy bags.

The location was incredible! Right in the heart of everything happening in this city. I loved being able to step out of the hotel and immediately be surrounded by the vibrant atmosphere of the Square. The hotel staff was also very friendly and helpful, providing great service throughout my stay.
