We had an amazing stay at Hotel Marquis Reforma. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even helped us retrieve a lost phone and a lost scarf from the museum. The location was perfect, and the hotel was clean with friendly and helpful staff. We also enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant, which offered a great variety of international dishes. The taxi service was professional and always on time. we highly recommend Hotel Marquis Reforma for a pleasant and enjoyable stay in the city.

The hotel is beautiful and in a very nice location, within walking distance to several museums, the park, and lots of shopping. The concierge desk went above and beyond to meet my needs, and Carlos, the driver, was fantastic. The breakfast at the stylish terrace spot was great.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, close to Chapultepec park with museums to explore. The financial district is also easily accessible from here. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with L'occitane toiletries. The air conditioning is not too loud and drying. In addition, the housekeeping service is prompt and efficient. The breakfast is delicious and the restaurant staff is outstanding, going above and beyond for their guests.
