Delightful hotel, exceptional staff, charming atmosphere, delicious dining, excellent spa and gym facilities, informative concierges.

Nothing everything was great.

The staff was amazing, always accommodating and helpful. Salvador at the hotel spa was an experience you do not want to miss. The hotel is beautiful and in a very nice location, within walking distance to several museums, the park, and lots of shopping. The concierge desk went above and beyond to meet my needs, and Carlos, the driver, was fantastic. The breakfast at the stylish terrace spot was great.

The hotel was in a prime location, right in the heart of the city. We were able to easily explore all the attractions nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The noise levels in the rooms were quite high, especially early in the morning. It was quite difficult to get a good night's sleep with the constant noise disturbance.

We got great value for our money at Marquis Reforma. The room was clean, comfortable, and had blackout curtains. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the staff treated us with friendly and polite service throughout our stay.

The breakfast option could have been improved with complimentary coffee and more bottled water provided in the rooms.

I had a fantastic stay at a great value hotel in Mexico City. The room was spacious with a nice big bed and all the amenities I needed, from good air conditioning to WiFi. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from restaurants and attractions. But what really made my stay special was the amazing staff. They were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request or provide recommendations.
