During our stay, we enjoyed the waterpark at the hotel. The two large waterslides were a hit with the kids, with one ending in a shallow pool. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was relaxing, although the heavy fountain spray did take up some seating. The hotel is conveniently located in a commercial area bordering Hwy 371, with various restaurants and stores nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and rustic lodge décor. The staff provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the free hot breakfast had a good selection, including delicious maple cinnamon waffles.

Although the hotel had many positive aspects, the toiletries provided were standard and didn't offer any fancy amenities.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Baxter. The first thing that impressed me was the attention to detail. The room, a spacious king suite, was clean and welcoming with a comfortable bed and an abundance of pillows. The bathroom was large and even had a seat in the tub, which I found to be a thoughtful touch. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and the lobby had a beautiful and cozy atmosphere. Additionally, the location of the hotel, near a waterpark, was perfect for families. The waterpark had a variety of activities to keep everyone entertained, from a gradual wading pool for little ones to fun water slides and a lazy river. This hotel truly exceeded my expectations.

The front desk staff especially stood out, as they were prompt and attentive to my requests. Their professionalism and courteousness made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest.
