During my Christmas stay, I absolutely loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to key attractions and amenities. Additionally, I enjoyed the complimentary high-speed internet, which made it convenient to stay connected throughout my stay.

There were a few aspects that could be improved. the service was not up to par, with slow room service and unimpressive breakfast buffet.

I had a wonderful stay in Torreon during Christmas! the hotel was beautifully decorated for the holidays, creating a festive atmosphere. the staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. the rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. the breakfast buffet was exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Plus, the hotel had a fantastic location, close to key attractions and shopping areas, making it easy to explore the city.

There were a couple of downsides to my experience. the Wi-Fi in my room was not reliable and often disconnected.
