I had a great value for my money at Courtyard By Marriott Albany Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, with a surprisingly cozy bed. The location was convenient and the staff were excellent, providing friendly and accommodating service.

Breakfast delights were good, but it would have been even better if there were more clear markings on the shower soaps. It was a bit confusing trying to figure out which was the body wash, shampoo, or conditioner, especially without glasses.

The hotel had a modern, clean feel to it and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. there was a coffee/breakfast shop conveniently located across the parking lot, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat.

The lack of a bathroom vent resulted in a wet mirror and everything in the room after a shower. The availability of food at the hotel was limited, with only a small market available.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot for travelers, close to the airport and within walking distance of a coffee/breakfast shop. The rooms are generally clean and modern with well-functioning TVs. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any needs.

Some staff members have been reported to be difficult to understand during check-in.

The hotel was very quiet and clean which made for a relaxing New Year’s stay. We appreciated the convenience of the onsite mini “store” and the location which was in close proximity to various restaurants and shops. Lastly, the elevator key card system was unique and added extra security to the hotel.

The soundproofing was not effective as we could hear airplanes overhead and other guests during our stay. the communication with the staff was difficult as we had trouble understanding them during check-in.
