I had a great value for my money at Courtyard By Marriott Albany Airport. The room was clean and comfortable, with a surprisingly cozy bed. The location was convenient and the staff were excellent, providing friendly and accommodating service.

Breakfast delights were good, but it would have been even better if there were more clear markings on the shower soaps. It was a bit confusing trying to figure out which was the body wash, shampoo, or conditioner, especially without glasses.

The hotel had a modern, clean feel to it and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the bed was surprisingly comfortable, providing a good night's sleep. there was a coffee/breakfast shop conveniently located across the parking lot, making it easy to grab a quick bite to eat.

The lack of a bathroom vent resulted in a wet mirror and everything in the room after a shower. the availability of food at the hotel was limited, with only a small market available.

The hotel is located in a convenient spot for travelers, close to the airport and within walking distance of a coffee/breakfast shop. The rooms are generally clean and modern with well-functioning TVs. The staff is friendly and willing to help with any needs.

Some staff members have been reported to be difficult to understand during check-in.

The Courtyard Marriott near the airport was a perfect choice for my recent stay. the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the check-in process was smooth. I also appreciated the convenience of the mini store where I could buy drinks and snacks. One thing to note is that the key card needs to be scanned in the elevator before selecting the floor.

This hotel was the perfect place to start our trip in NY. Arriving late and planning a trek south to my old stomping grounds , we couldn't be happier with the accommodations and friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the hotel had a modern look and feel.

The hotel was very quiet and clean which made for a relaxing New Year’s stay. We appreciated the convenience of the onsite mini “store” and the location which was in close proximity to various restaurants and shops. Lastly, the elevator key card system was unique and added extra security to the hotel.

the communication with the staff was difficult as we had trouble understanding them during check-in. it was an enjoyable stay with a few minor inconveniences.
