My stay was marred by noise, with cleaning staff blaring in the hallways as early as 6 AM, which completely disrupted my sleep. On top of that, the room was dark, humid, and had a lingering sewage smell, making my overall experience uncomfortable. There were also issues with poor maintenance, as the towels were old and there was hair left in the bathroom. it seemed cleanliness was not a priority.

Request a room on a higher floor to minimize noise from the street and surrounding bars for a more peaceful stay.

During my recent business trip, I appreciated the convenient location, just a short walk from the vibrant main street. The staff were incredibly helpful, making me feel at home right away. I also loved having a coffee-maker in my room, allowing me to enjoy a hot cup whenever I wanted.

Super cozy room with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a nice seating area. Loved the private bathroom with free toiletries and the view from the balcony. The outdoor swimming pool was a treat! Daily fresh towels and the location near 5th Avenue made it perfect. Everything clean and comfy!

The location is pretty prime, real close to fifth Avenue, so you can easily hit up all the local spots. The staff tried their best to make things right, and shoutout to the clean balcony we finally got to enjoy!

Real cozy spot! The folks there were mighty friendly and helpful, made me feel right at home. My room was small but comfy, and I loved the little kitchen. Oh, and they got a water fountain for them late-night sips, which is a big plus! Just wish the pool had a shower nearby. Otherwise, it was a swell stay!

I had a pleasant experience during my stay with a cozy room and a nice balcony. However, there were issues with hot water availability and the Wi-Fi connection could be improved. It’s a decent choice for a short visit to Playa del Carmen, especially if you're focused on comfort and location.

Superb location just off 5th Avenue 🌴, lovely staff who are always ready to help, comfortable bed, and a rooftop pool with a fantastic view! ! Enjoyed my mornings with the in-room coffee maker.

Wifi could be improved a bit, and a welcome coffee/tea pack on arrival would be a nice touch.

The location is perfect, just steps off the vibrant 5th Avenue. I enjoyed the rooftop pool with a lovely view (great for sunset! ). The room was spacious and equipped with a kitchenette.

The Wi-Fi could use an upgrade, and the check-in process was somewhat slow.
