In terms of cleanliness, this hotel was exceptional, with fresh towels provided daily. the facilities, including the ice machine and vending machine in the lobby, were convenient. the location in downtown was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the train station and various restaurants. the staff members were very helpful from the moment I arrived, making my stay pleasant.

I always stay here because it feels like home. I lost my bracelet once, and the staff found it for me. They have everything I need: free Wi-Fi, parking, reception, laundry, TV. I'm returning for Christmas.

The staff at Toyoko Inn were incredibly helpful and pleasant from the moment we arrived. They assisted us with our luggage and made us feel welcome right away.

Although the rooms were designed for business travelers, they were still adequate for our needs as two people with suitcases. While there was no closet, the clothes rack with hangers provided enough space for us.
