The accommodations were spacious and comfortable. the location was secure and the staff was welcoming and attentive to our needs. We appreciated the continental breakfast and the availability of Netflix on the large screen TVs. the laundry facilities in the apartment were also a plus.

While the security guard was present, we did have concerns about the safety of our belongings. We experienced a loss of money and the staff did not provide adequate support in resolving the issue.

Stylish and comfortable unit with great storage. Pleasant staff accommodated requests. Some small maintenance issues. Lack of coffee spoons and chipped glasses. Overall a good stay, attention to details needed.

The daily maid service and 24/7 doorman/front desk added an extra level of convenience and security. The staff was excellent, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. My recent stay at Mathias Boutique Apartments was absolutely fantastic! The unit was stylishly decorated and comfortable, making me feel right at home. The cleanliness of the apartment was impeccable, and the spaciousness was just perfect. I also appreciated the great storage/closet space available. The staff at the hotel was pleasant and went above and beyond to accommodate any requests I had. The location felt safe and secure, with a security guard present at all times. I also enjoyed the small continental breakfast that was provided every day. The availability of three huge TVs with Netflix and laundry facilities in the apartment added to the convenience of my stay. Arturo, the main host, was exceptional and made sure I had everything I needed. my experience at Mathias Boutique Apartments was amazing, and I would highly recommend it to others.

If I were to nitpick, the blackout shade in the master bedroom hallway, adjacent to the bathroom, could be improved to fully block out light. Additionally, the Wi-Fi provided, although sufficient, could be better.
