The natural spring pool was a hidden gem, and the spa experience with the couples massage and surprise birthday treats was really special.

I recently stayed at this resort for a relaxing getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and the cleanliness of the property was top-notch. The location of the resort is absolutely stunning, nestled in the hills with breathtaking views. The lush green surroundings, especially after July, made for a serene and peaceful atmosphere. We were thrilled to see familiar faces among the staff, including Argentina at the restaurant, Joaquin at the pool bar, and some of the shuttle drivers who made us feel right at home. The jungle setting added a touch of tranquility, with fresh air and plenty of space around the pool. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness truly made our stay memorable. And let's not forget the beautiful landscaping and the soothing sound of birds chirping in the background.
