We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a few blocks from the center and right next to the main road. This made it easy for us to explore the area and visit less touristy places. The hotel itself was well-maintained and seemed new. Our apartment was beautifully decorated and furnished, providing us with a calm and comfortable atmosphere. We were particularly impressed with the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, especially Jimena at the reception. She provided us with excellent recommendations for places to eat and activities to do, making our stay even more enjoyable.

However, the hotel's convenient location next to the bus terminal and the main street near the lagoon was a major plus. The garden was beautiful and well-kept, providing a peaceful atmosphere for families. The staff was also very kind and made sure the spacious and clean apartment met our needs.

The WiFi was unreliable throughout the hotel, and there were no TVs in the rooms.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow and inconsistent, making it difficult to use for work or entertainment. Finally, the lack of privacy in the bathroom due to the uncovered windows made us feel uncomfortable.

our second stay in bacalar was absolutely amazing. this time, we chose to stay at a cozy little apartment that was clean and well-furnished. the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us great recommendations for local seafood. we will definitely be back!

Our apartment was beautifully decorated, fully furnished, and provided a peaceful environment. Jimena, the receptionist, was incredibly helpful, offering great recommendations for dining and activities. Communication with her was effortless and friendly. We especially enjoyed the highly recommended 3-hour boat trip. our experience was comfortable, convenient, and unforgettable.
