I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was situated between two subway stations, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering services like car hire and providing helpful information. The room was spacious and well-maintained, with amenities like heating, air conditioning, and a television. The bathroom was especially impressive, with modern facilities and free toiletries. What a weekend! Spent a couple of nights in Monterrey and this hotel was a great pick. the room was spacious and clean. Loved the comfortable bed, and the bathroom was really nice with a great shower that helped me unwind after a long day. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more pleasant.

the floor in the room could have been cleaner, it felt a bit sticky. Despite this, I still had a great time and would recommend this hotel to others.
