Outstanding Service and Attention!

During our stay at the Marriott, we were impressed by the exceptional service and attention we received. The staff, especially Magdalena and Mauricio, went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their promptness in addressing our requests and their excellent suggestions for beverages made us feel right at home. The Marriott should be proud to have such dedicated and friendly staff members. we highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the comfortable bed and the quiet room at this hotel. It was the perfect sanctuary after a long day of exploring the city. Additionally, the 24-hour gym was a great bonus for maintaining my fitness routine during the holiday season.

One downside was that the swimming pool and jacuzzi were not fully filled with water, which was a bit disappointing. I also experienced some issues with the bathroom facilities, as the faucet was leaking and the shower drained very slowly.

The hotel's excellent location, friendly and helpful staff, extremely comfortable and clean rooms, and great breakfast were all highlights of my stay. The concierge service was also very helpful.
