I enjoyed a 12-night stay. The staff provided excellent service, notably during an earthquake when they checked on guests' safety. The El Mansion Restaurant served outstanding food. A special mention to Eugenia, Ruben, and Carlos Lopez for their exceptional hospitality. 🥳

We absolutely loved the hotel's central location, just steps away from the Angel of Independence and close to the Insurgentes metro station. The facilities were top-notch, and our room was spacious and well-furnished, making our stay very comfortable. The Executive Lounge offered stunning views of the city, and the staff was incredibly attentive.

The check-in process could have been a bit smoother during busy hours.

The hotel's central location is unbeatable for exploring Mexico City. The staff was attentive, especially Rocco at the bar, who shared great local dining tips. The spa services were a much-needed treat after long days out.

While the common areas and amenities were nice, our room could have used some updates. The elevators sometimes felt slow during busy hours, which was a bit inconvenient.

Dude, the Executive Lounge was, like, super chill with amazing views of the city! I loved the free massages, it was such a rad surprise after a long day. Mini-bar was stocked with half bottles! Just wish the elevators were a bit faster, but whatever. Overall, I had a bomb time!

Enjoyed our stay at Marriott Reforma. great location and fantastic staff, especially Angelica! Beautiful room decorations for my wife's birthday made it extra special! 🥳

The Mexico City Marriott Reforma offers a superb stay with attentive staff and delicious food options, particularly in the Executive Lounge, where you can enjoy nice views and a cozy atmosphere. However, room selection can vary, and some accommodations may not meet expectations. Great for both business travelers and families alike, just be sure to discuss room preferences upon arrival.

The central location near the Angel of Independence was perfect for exploring. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and I especially appreciated the attentive service, particularly in the Executive Lounge.

The check-in process was a bit chaotic, and my deluxe room didn’t have a fridge or a window initially, which made it a bit uncomfortable for two nights.

Oh, the curries I discovered were mind-blowing! Each bite was an exploration of flavor, particularly the local delights I enjoyed at the bar downstairs—Enrique kept the drinks and the smiles coming! Special shoutout to Valeria Cruz from Maintenance for fixing the AC on the fly—now that's service!

Now on to the not-so-great part—I paid for a deluxe room and ended up on the 5th floor with no window or fridge for my first two nights.

The fitness center, the rooftop dining space, the courteous staff was simply exceptional.

awesome staff at the reception really made us feel welcome. the mattress was old and uncomfortable.

the deluxe king room was spacious and well-furnished. the breakfast offerings included a delightful omelette station, fresh pastries, and an impressive juice bar. also, concierge services arranged fantastic day excursions to local pyramids, making our stay memorable.

all good, but check-in could be faster! 😊
