We had a magical experience at Mirador. The view was breathtaking, and we felt a sense of faded glory that added to the charm. We enjoyed interacting with the friendly staff and practicing our Spanish. The pool in the sea was a unique feature, with vibrant fish swimming around. We also loved watching the cliff divers perform multiple times a day. The sound of the sea was soothing and comforting. we had a great time during our three-night stay, especially thanks to the view and the activities at the hotel.

The hotel location was perfect. It was built into the side of a cliff and the views were amazing. The daily shows by the cliff divers were entertaining. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. we enjoyed the two pools - the freshwater pool overlooking the ocean and the saltwater pool. The fact that there were shops nearby allowed us to save some money on drinks and snacks. We also appreciated having cable television and daily sheet changes.

Although the hotel was neatly updated, we noticed some annoying little problems like the TV not working at first and the shower being difficult to get into shower mode. We also saw some rusty handrails on the stairway which could be a security issue.

The view was amazing! Clean room, easy access to restaurants and street food, piece of Acapulco history, natural sea water pool, comfortable bed, excellent value.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is right in the centre of the tourist area where there are many good restaurants. Additionally, it is nearly to the seafront, providing easy access to the beach and beautiful views. The hotel is also conveniently located next to the plaza in Old Acapulco, making it a great base for exploring the historic part of the city.

The food and drinks at the hotel were reported to be pricey by some guests.
