The pool, courteous staff, comfortable rooms, excellent interior furnishings, comfortable bed and pillows.

This luxurious hotel provided me with all the exclusive amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering various treatments and massage therapies, and the outdoor swimming pool with sun terrace and loungers was the perfect place to unwind. The garden area was stunning, and the private facilities added a touch of exclusivity to my stay. The restaurant and bar/lounge area offered a wide selection of delicious food and drinks, and the in-room breakfast was convenient and delicious.

The sauna was not available during my stay, which was a minor disappointment. However, the service at the hotel was exceptional and made up for this small inconvenience.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel in Laos. The location was superb, just a short stroll to the beautiful Mekong river and with a fabulous Champa massage nearby. The hotel itself was impressive, with a true 5-star international standard. The attention to detail was evident, such as changing the lift carpet daily to indicate the day of the week - a cute touch. The rooms were spacious and immaculate, and even the toiletries were of exceptional quality. The bed provided a comfortable and restful sleep. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a top-notch Japanese restaurant in the hotel offering high-quality meals at reasonable prices. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Stayed for a weekend, great location within walking distance to restaurants and shops. Easy access to key attractions. The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport is a great advantage. The pool and gym facilities are also quite good.

The interiors looked old and in need of an upgrade. the breakfast buffet was mediocre and lacked variety.
