The location is amazing, right across the street from the beautiful cathedral. The cafe on the terrace serves great food and drinks. The room had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed, shower, AC, and more. We also enjoyed the balcony in our room. The hotel is conveniently located near restaurants, taxis, and commerce.

During my recent stay at a hotel in the heart of the action, I was thrilled by the mesmerizing firework show that took place every Saturday across from the cathedral. I was in awe of the stunning architecture, and the history of the 16th-century mansion created a truly unique atmosphere. The service from the maids to the front desk staff was exceptional, and I felt well taken care of. The rooms were spotless and boasted luxurious amenities such as marble bathrooms and soft bath towels. The American breakfast spread was impressive, offering a variety of delicious options to start the day. The hotel's location was unbeatable, right in the center of Morelia, making it easy to explore the historic area and nearby stores. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as the initial room mix-up and a lack of certain amenities, I would highly recommend this hotel for its fantastic location, comfortable rooms, and excellent services. I had a wonderful experience and would gladly return in the future.

We had a great stay here! The location is unbeatable, right across from the cathedral and near many restaurants and stores. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, and we appreciated the room service and laundry options. The room itself was comfy and quiet with a nice view from the balcony. We also enjoyed the rooftop bar/restaurant with great views of the surrounding area.
