The air conditioning in the room was great, as it kept the temperature cool and comfortable throughout my stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel was key, as it was conveniently situated near a shopping center and close to the freeway, making it easy to get around.

There were a couple of negatives during my business trip. the hot water on the 6th floor didn't work, which was a major inconvenience.

The staff, especially Karla, were very cooperative and helped us plan our day exploring the natural and historical places nearby. The breakfast arrangement was great, with a polite server. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, including the nice bathrooms. Complimentary water bottles and water available on every floor were a blessing. The hotel also had a great value for the money, with a full breakfast and attentive staff. The front desk personnel were very helpful and the mall within walking distance was an added bonus. it was one of my favorite places to stay.

The location was convenient, with a mall within walking distance and easy access to hospitals and the ADO bus station. The staff were friendly, spoke English, and provided helpful assistance with taxis and directions.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the two amenities offered by the hotel. the free breakfast was a great way to kick, start my day. the variety of options and the quality of food exceeded my expectations. Secondly, the availability of free water bottles and water on every floor was a convenient and thoughtful touch. It saved me from constantly buying water and kept me hydrated throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel's key location was perfect for me. Being close to several restaurants and shopping centers made it easy for me to explore and enjoy the local attractions.

One aspect I disliked was the intermittent internet connection. Although the internet was fairly good when it was working, I would often get disconnected after a few minutes of inactivity, which was frustrating.
