This hotel is just right by the beach, in a beautiful sandy area surrounded by sand dunes. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and a selection of pillows. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing impeccable service. The breakfast offers a great selection with fresh made-to-order omelettes. The pool area is clean and there are plenty of sunbeds available. Entertainment options are varied and enjoyable.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The room I stayed in was well laid out and the bed was large and comfortable. The air-conditioning kept the room pleasantly cool, which was great. The hotel's location by the sea provided beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were excellent throughout my stay, always going above and beyond to help. I also enjoyed the wide range of amenities and services offered, such as the spa facilities and the delicious food choices in the restaurants. I was impressed with the level of comfort and quality provided by this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, quiet, and nicely decorated. The reception staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of food. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to a stunning, wild-looking beach with crystal clear, turquoise blue water. The scenery in the wider area of Capdepera / Levant was absolutely beautiful, and there were many great beaches and restaurants to explore within a short distance.

The food at Viva was outstanding, with a great variety and high quality. We were impressed by the menu selection and the delicious buffet options. The rooms were also spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

One drawback mentioned in the database was the poor car parking facilities, with limited space in the hotel car park and in the resort. Luckily, we didn't face this issue as we didn't have a car.

We spent Easter at a lovely hotel with great amenities. the buffet breakfast and dinner were delicious, offering a good variety of dishes. the hotel also had a spacious pool and sun loungers to relax and soak up the sun. the hotel is situated close to the beach and is surrounded by beautiful scenery.

the hotel lacked entertainment and activities during the evenings, which made the experience dull at times.
