my recent stay at a hotel in tulum was nothing short of amazing. all aspects of the property, from the location to the amenities, exceeded my expectations. the gym and rooftop area were particularly impressive, providing a stunning view of the surroundings while working out.

One small issue was a lack of cleanliness in the pool area. despite the hotel being empty during my stay, the pool was consistently dirty.

I was amazed by the stunning design and modern aesthetic of Motto. The hotel truly embodies the essence of Tulum with its earth tones, beautiful pottery, and chic furniture. The rooftop patio with a pool was a definite highlight, providing a relaxing and stylish space to unwind. Additionally, the location of the hotel was great, with easy access to ATMs, cafes, shops. The underground parking also provided a sense of security for our rental car.

During my Christmas stay, the food and drinks at the rooftop bar were outstanding, definitely not your typical pool bar cuisine. the staff was friendly and attentive, which really added to the experience. the hotel was strategically located between the beach and the city, making it easy to explore both areas. Plus, there was a safe underground car park that gave me peace of mind for my rental car.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved. the music played at the rooftop pool area was too loud, which made it difficult to relax during the day.
